Executive Chef - Bjoern Alexander


Michelin-star chef, Bjoern Alexander, takes the helm at TWENTY SIX by Liberty as the Executive Chef.

No stranger to Michelin Stars, he started his career with internships at the 3-Michelin Star Schlosshotel Bensberg with Joachim Wissler and 3- Michelin Star French Laundry with Thomas Keller. In 2008, his hard work, talent and passion were rewarded with his own Michelin Star at Gabriele Restaurant in Berlin Germany.

Prior to arriving in Hong Kong, Chef Bjoern has been introducing his award-winning style of modern innovative cuisine at Al Muntaha Restaurant (Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai). Today, he makes Hong Kong his home and would bring an intimate and interactive dining experience to the guests right at the "Chef's table" high above the Central Hong Kong skyline.

Chef Bjoern’s philosophy is more than just cooking. It’s about heart, passion and respect. His reputation for extracting exquisite colours and textures from the ingredients he uses, then turning them into show-stopping pieces of edible art, is inspired.

Wine & Champagne

The wine list is built on the premise of value and originality. We encourage our guests to expand their wine experiences as we offer Wine Pairings to
complement the Chef’s Tasting Menu. As Chef’s menu changes, so do our wines. Our Wine Pairings allow guests to experience
and enjoy as manywines as possible – Mix & Match with the food and make new discoveries in the process.
Wine, like food, is emotionally subjective.

Corkage is $350++ per bottle or 1-for-1 (1 bottle corkage waived for 1 bottle purchased)

Private Parties & Reservations

Reservations can be made online via our online reservation system. We take reservations up to 4 weeks in advance with the new day’s reservations starting at 00:01 midnight.

To secure your reservation, we require a credit card deposit authorization which will be processed if we are unable to fill your seat(s) in the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 3 business days of your reservation date.
